For nearly four centuries, the Glenarm Estate has been home to one of the finest herds of pedigree Shorthorn cattle in the British Isles. Slow-matured on lush native pastures and dry-aged in our Himalayan salt chambers, every cut tells a story of patience, place, and unwavering craft.
